Plot
Neyyattinkara Gopan is a popular goon in the town. Edathala Mathai is a landlord from Muthalakota. Mathai wants to get an 18-acre paddy field to create a township. But, due to the RDO and the public, he is unable to get the land of his dream. So, he approaches Gopan to settle this issue. The RDO, a do-gooder, supports the public and the people producing organic veggies in the said land. What would happen next if Gopan is involved in this issue? The rest of the film deals with it.
Star Performance
Mohanlal carries the film on his shoulders as Gopan. His majestic appearance, dialogue delivery, and expressions are fantastic as usual. The rest of the cast performs what is required.
Analysis
The director has come up with a simple plot with a biggie Star carrying it. The film has a lot of subplots, and many of them seem to be unnecessary, as they didn’t help the film move forward. Rahul Raj’s songs and BGM are okayish. The cinematography and editing are good. Many stars are not used well. The characters should have been minimized.
